Finding quality parts for an AEC Matador or other AEC vehicles isn’t easy — but it’s what we do every day. Matador HQ has spent years building one of the most extensive collections of AEC spare parts in the UK, sourced from private collections, scrap yards, and specialist suppliers across the country and abroad.
Our stock includes original parts, New Old Stock (N.O.S.) in original packaging, and re-manufactured components — ensuring that whether you want period-correct originality or a reliable modern equivalent, we can supply what you need.
Our parts inventory covers the full range of Matador components, as well as parts for other AEC vehicles. This includes NOS engine spares for the following engines: AEC 7.7, 9.6, 11.3, AV470, AV505, 590, 690 and 760.

For parts that are no longer available as originals, we are actively working to re-manufacture difficult-to-find components. This is a critical part of keeping AEC vehicles not just preserved, but operational for future generations. Examples include re-manufactured rear chassis cross-members and other structural components.

From time to time, Matador HQ has AEC vehicles available for sale, ranging from restoration projects through to fully recommissioned examples.
